Prepare an Amazing Indian Dish
Defrost Tadka (sauce) or use directly from frozen. Do not microwave the package.- Add the Tadka Sauce to a pan and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cut 400 g cubed paneer (or cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, or any other ingredient of your choice), add to the heated sauce and mix.
- Add 1½ to 2 cups of whipping cream (or half-half cream or coconut milk) and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with Naan, Flattened Bread (Roti), Bread or Rice. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
