Are my transactions secure?
The Spice it Up Foods online store is PCI Level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. It's always PCI compliant and fully secure for payment processing, so you can make confident purchases without worrying about credit card security.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally your shipment will arrive in 1-5 days, depending on the weekday you order. Please refer to the Shipping Page for more details.
Do you service customers outside of Western Canada?
Yes, although currently those customers outside of Western Canada must contact us directly via email or phone to order our products. Please refer to our homepage for more details on what and where we currently ship. We're working hard to bring all of our products to our customers coast-to-coast!
What packaging are you using to keep the product safe in transit?
We use frozen gel packs, thermal box liners and paper stuffing to keep products at a safe temperature during transit. Please refer to the Shipping Page for more details.
How should I handle the product once I receive it?
Place the product into your freezer immediately upon arrival, even if it is partially defrosted. If you place it in your refrigerator and let it thaw, please use it within 5 days.
