Refund Policy
The following outlines the conditions under which we will decide if a refund is appropriate:
Product Condition
- All orders are shipped frozen from our deep freezer. We use the best packaging materials on the market which should keep the product cool for 3+ days in transit. As long as the seal is still intact and product is cold your order should be safe to consume and can be put back in the freezer.
- If seals are no longer intact and the packaging is showing ballooning (gas build-up within) or at complete room temperature then we do not recommend consuming this product. If this does occur we will need photo proof sent via email to info@spiceitupfoods.com to proceed with a refund for said products.
Shipping delays
- If your order did not arrive in a timely manner due to the shipping courier provided, a 4+ day delay in transit, we are happy to issue a full refund.
