How to prepare
Microwave – Heat from Frozen
- Lift corners of film to allow steam to escape. Place tray in microwave.
- Heat on high for 3 mins in Microwave.
- Pull back film almost completely. Tray will be hot, use caution.
- Stir contents, cover with film again and heat for another 1–2 mins.
- Remove film, stir and serve hot with your choice of curry, protein or yogurt.
Convection Oven – Heat from Frozen If using Conventional oven, increase heat time by approximately 10 mins.
- Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C).
- Lift corners of film to allow steam to escape. Place tray onto a baking sheet or tray and place on the middle oven rack. Do not remove the plastic film from the tray.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Pull back film almost completely. Tray will be hot, use caution.
- Stir contents, cover with film again and heat for another 5–10 mins.
- Remove film, stir and serve hot with your choice of curry, protein or yogurt.
