How to prepare

MicrowaveHeat from Frozen

  1. Remove film from tray. Remove Naan which is under the tikka masala pouch. Defrost tikka masala in the refrigerator or immerse sealed pouch in cold water for a few minutes.
  2. Cut open one end of the pouch and empty contents of pouch into tray or microwave- safe container. Cover with film.
  3. Heat for 2 minutes if defrosted, 3 minutes if still frozen.
  4. Caution: contents may be hot. Stir and re-heat if required.
  5. Heat naan in microwave for 30 seconds if defrosted, 40–60 seconds if frozen. (Do not overheat naan.) Garnish naan with butter, garlic and/or herbs.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy chicken tikka masala with naan.

Convection OvenHeat from Frozen

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Remove film from tray and remove Naan which is under the tikka masala pouch. Defrost tikka masala in the refrigerator or immerse sealed pouch in cold water for a few minutes.
  2. Cut open one end of the pouch and empty contents of pouch into tray or oven-safe container.
  3. Place on oven tray, cover with film and heat for 15 minutes if defrosted, 20 minutes if still frozen.
  4. Stir and re-heat if required. Tray will be hot, use caution when removing from oven.
  5. Heat naan in pre-heated oven for 5–7 minutes. Garnish naan with butter, garlic and/or herbs. (Do not overheat naan as it will become hard and/or dry.)
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy chicken tikka masala with naan.

Naan ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Corn and/or sunflower oil, Sugar, Milk, Salt, Butter, Yeast, Baking powder (sodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid).

Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients: Onions, Chicken (chicken breast fillets, water, modified corn starch, salt), Coconut milk (coconut extract, water), Tomatoes, Water, Canola and/or sunflower oil, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Spices (garam masala, paprika, red chilli powder, cinnamon), Sugar, Dried fenugreek.
