Prepare an Amazing Indian DishDefrost Tadka (sauce) or use directly from frozen. Do not microwave the package.
- Add the Tadka Sauce to a pan and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cut 400 g cubed paneer (or cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, or any other ingredient of your choice), add to the heated sauce and mix.
- Add 1½ to 2 cups of whipping cream (or half-half cream or coconut milk) and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with Naan, Flattened Bread (Roti), Bread or Rice. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!

These Tarka’s have made my life so much easier. They are delicious and the best thing I have discovered in a very long time. I can get dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes now, which is amazing for a working mother with a large family!
