Rumali Roti (or Roomali roti) by Spice it Up Foods is an extremely thin, soft, and pliable flatbread from the Indian subcontinent. Its name derives from the Hindi word rumal (handkerchief), as the bread is rolled tissue-thin and can be easily folded like a handkerchief. It is translucent, feather-light, and slightly chewy, making it the ideal bread to mop up rich, flavourful curries without feeling heavy.
